Popular Korean idols Lalisa “Lisa” Manoban of Blackpink and former I.O.I member Jeon “Somi” So-mi were recently seen together playing Nintendo‘s smash-hit simulation game Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
The two hung out in The Black Label headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, as revealed in the fifth episode of Somi’s reality TV show “I am Somi.” Lisa visited the studio during post-work hours and brought her Nintendo Switch to play.
“My character is the cutest,” said Lisa while showing off her Switch to Somi and label founder, Teddy Park.
Teddy instantly spotted the contrast between the two idols’ in-game characters, with Lisa’s looking too much like a baby and Somi’s resembling a grandma.

We also can’t help but notice Somi’s Switch, as she seems to own the limited edition Aloha version with pastel green and blue joy-controllers.
The highlight of their gaming session was Lisa catching a big fish worth 15,000 bells. She’s a singer, a dancer, and a great fisherman in Animal Crossing — what can’t Lalisa do?
We also found out that Blackpink’s Kim “Jisoo” Ji-soo also plays the game every day and has even donated 25,000 bells to Somi.
The episode ended with the two eating fried chicken and drinking home-made Korean rice wine, Makgeolli, which Somi made herself.

Aside from Lisa, Blackpink’s Rosé is also a big gamer as she is the face of mobile MMORPG Perfect World, as revealed late last year.
