Korean esports organization Vision Strikers’ Valorant roster has acquired former NUTURN Gaming standout Kim “Lakia” Jong-min, one of the best players in their region.
Vision Strikers’ Valorant roster is set to compete in the upcoming VCT Korea Stage 3 Challengers Open Qualifier on July 3.
Vision Strikers’ Valorant roster now has seven players

Since the retirement of their team captain, Kim “glow” Min-soo, Vision Strikers signed former Rio Company’s BuZz and ex-TUBEPLE Gaming member MaKo last May.
Vision Strikers’ Valorant roster then acquired NUTURN Gaming’s Sova main, Lakia, which increased their active roster count to seven.
He is here to give Vision Strikers’ Valorant roster more firepower going into VCT Korea Stage 3. Lakia helped NUTURN Gaming finish third at VCT Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik, and had one of the best highlights of the tournament.

NUTURN Gaming made the decision to replace standout Sova main Lakia with former Rio Company player 10X.
Fans of NUTURN Gaming expected a roster change after the team’s 33-year old captain, solo, hinted at his retirement after Masters Reykjavik.
Since then however, Solo has decided to continue his career and make a push to qualify for VCT Stage 3 Masters Berlin.

Vision Strikers and NUTURN Gaming are to qualify for VCT Stage 3 Berlin
Vision Strikers’ Valorant roster is committed to reestablishing their dominance in the Korean VCT scene. They won every Valorant tournament they entered in 2020 and 2021, except for the Korea Stage 2 Challengers which they lost to NUTURN Gaming.
NUTURN Gaming’s upset win over Vision Strikers qualified them for VCT Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik where they finished third behind Sentinels and Fnatic.
Vision Strikers and NUTURN Gaming restart their journeys with the VCT Korea Stage 3 Challengers Open Qualifier, which will take place on July 3.
They will compete against top Korean teams like Damwon Gaming, TNL Esports, and F4Q, who are all looking to advance to the Main Event set on July 8.
