Take a break from gaming and limber up for a yoga lesson with League of Legends superstar Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok himself.
Faker’s new content series is part of T1’s partnership with Nike, which also included the team’s League of Legends players unboxing new Nike gear, and Faker taking a tour at Nike’s headquarters in Beaverton, USA.
The most recent video shows Faker engaging in a stretching and yoga program specifically designed for gamers.
Hosted on Nike’s official Korean website, he joins Yoga trainer, Jung Goo Sun, on the mat for a 28-minute yoga workout. Starting with a warm-up, he goes into a series of yoga postures such as downward-facing dog, cow’s pose and child’s pose before cooling down.

The collaboration also involved a photoshoot with Faker adorned with Nike apparel from head to toe.
While the exercise video is in Korean, it’s easy to follow the basic stretches and poses. Once you’re done, why not cool off with an official Faker ice cream?
