RRQ Hoshi proved to everyone that they are still the team to beat in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Indonesia Season 7 after winning seven games in a row and topping the standings for the first time this season.
Their current performance was a far cry from their dismal performance in the first half of the season where they lost four series in the first three weeks. The absence of Lemon and Xinn also took a heavy toll to the squad.
Many fans also questioned their new coach, Acil, and Skylar, who was promoted from MDL, on whether they will be a good fit for the King of Kings lineup.
However, their hard work paid off thanks to a few adjustments they made in the season. First, they put Vynnn in the tank role again, and switched Psychooo to support.

These changes were monumental, for they went on to sweep Bigetron Alpha, Alter Ego, and ONIC Esports 2-0. It was only Aura Fire who managed to take a game against them in the fourth week, but ultimately lost to RRQ 2-1.
With this win streak, RRQ Hoshi defied all expectations, and now sits on top of the standings above ONIC Esports and EVOS Legends.
RRQ will be facing EVOS Legends in their last regular season game in another El Clasico matchup.
