OpTic Shotzzy’s insane BAS-P loadout for ranked in Modern Warfare 2

Given the recent nerf to the Vaznev-9k, OpTic Texas’ Anthony “Shotzzy” Cuevas-Castro has revealed his new weapon of choice, the BAS-P.

In a recent YouTube video, the OpTic star went over the full build so you can try it too.

Shotzzy thinks this BAS-P loadout is “insane”

Following the nerfs to his tried and true Vaznev-9k, the popular professional player asked his chat what weapon was insane. Picking BAS-P out of the options, he decided to give it a shot.

Throwing on some different attachments, he landed on five he thought could improve the SMG and queued up to play some ranked.

After jumping into some gameplay, he said “Wait, the BAS-P is insane.” Continuing to play, he decided to drop the 20-round mag, landing with four out of five attachment slots full.

This is the same thing that his previous weapon did, so not a real loss there.

He goes on to drop some pretty insane numbers using the weapon, whether he won or lost. If you want to give his personal loadout a shot, you can find the build below.

It is worth noting that this may not actually be the absolute best loadout given how quickly he threw it together. In the right hands, however, it’s clearly very good.
