K-pop artist and Wonder Girls’ former lead vocalist, Lee Sunmi, appears to be a fan of one of the best League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) teams, Damwon Gaming.
Sunmi posted photos on her Instagram account over the weekend wearing the Korean team’s teal and white Summer Split jersey. She seems to be particularly fond of DWG’s mid laner, Heo “ShowMaker” Su, as she revealed his in-game name on the back.
Aside from Sunmi, another Korean celebrity will soon be announced as an official supporter of Damwon Gaming, according to this tweet.
Damwon Gaming are currently in second place in the LCK, just below DragonX. With celebrities cheering for them, will fans witness a skyrocketing performance from Damwon to win the Summer Split, or maybe even this year’s World Championship?
