Earning enough DPC 2023 points is still the best way for professional Dota 2 teams to qualify for The International, Valve’s prestigious tournament that boasts a multi-million dollar prize pool.

Last year’s TI11 champions, Tundra Esports, took home over US$8.5 million when they went on an incredible upper bracket run and swept Team Secret 3-0 in the grand final.

Teams have been battling since the start of the DPC 2023 season, a competition split into three phases — Tours 1, 2, and 3. All Tours have regional leagues that lead to Major LAN events. These tournaments are where teams compete to earn DPC points.

TI12 will consist of 12 teams with the most DPC points, receiving direct invites to TI12 at the end of the season.
